YES! All of our members can enter the gym 24/7 using their access key. Our front desk is NOT staffed 24/7 though. Our current front desk hours are:

MON-WED 7:30AM-7PM THURSDAY 7:30AM-5PM FRIDAY 7:30AM-1PM SATURDAY 8AM-1PM SUNDAY CLOSED

We have many trainers who are available for one-on-one sessions (via appointment) to guide you in the use of equipment and personal training.

Yes! Our parking lot is located at the front entrance, on NE Alberta and Garfield St. There is also free street parking available and parking on the gravel lot just south of our paved parking lot.

YES! We have many personal trainers here at Me Fitness with a wide variety of specialties! They're all independent contractors, so individual session rates vary. Personal training sessions are not included in membership rates. Click here to view a list of all our trainers:

Yes, we have two locker rooms with showers in the facility. Please bring your own lock if you need to lock your things, and your own towel if you use the showers.

Yes! We have free Wi-Fi for all of our members.

We do not have a sauna, steam room, or pool.
