My Passion: Helping active women in any stage of menopause rebuild their training and nutrition to feel good and keep playing for life.

Turning age 40- or 50-something is not "I'll sit this one out" time. If you're feeling weak, tired, and/or beat up by menopause, I'd love to be in your corner to help you figure this stuff out.

The Menopause Body Blueprint (MBB) was built to teach you the effective methods that enable you to improve your metabolism, gain energy & strength, feel better in your body, and decrease your long-term disease risk.
Coaching includes 1:1 personal training (PT) sessions, workout plan for the rest of your week, multiple layers of support outside of the gym, access to the MBB e-book of menopause nutrition & training changes, and continuous & complete access to Anne's brain.
