Brittni has been helping people find a love for moving for over 5 years. Graduating with a degree in Health Education, and holding personal training certifications to learn the best ways to connect to her clients. Staying up to date in education is always important, but holding onto the simplicity of movement and a holistic approach that includes mindset, nutrition and recovery remains the foundation of her work. 

With the majority of her clientele being new to exercise, or maintaining abilities as an older adult,  Brittni will help you with where you’re at in your fitness journey. She approaches her clients with compassion, stresses accountability using positive reinforcement.  Brittni has the tools to help you reach your goals and can focus on the benefits from emotional, to physical, to occupational to get you started on the right path. Brittni wants to help you find a realistic, balanced lifestyle with movement that works for you. She enjoys running, skiing, getting her fingers dirty in the garden, cooking and is always happy to focus on these activities too!


Brittni wants to help you make fitness a part of your lifestyle by helping you understand how good it feels and how much fun it can be!
