I found yoga in 2002 when my neighbor gifted me a yoga mat, and my life forever changed for the better.
Shiva Rea calls the yoga mat our “magic carpet.” Yes, it’s been a wild, wholesome, invigorating and healing ride. I am grateful for all the people I've met on this path and for all my teachers!

Hiking the forest of PNW, Dog walking, Hula Hooping, watching stand up comedy and singing! I grow my own food, love learning about plant medicine, and never leave home without essential oils.
