With a vast array of experience, Rachel enjoys educating her clients on how to maximize a program for their lifestyle, perform both fundamental and technical lifts, and feel confident both inside and outside of the gym. Her goal is to demystify lifting and make it approachable while supporting her clients as they learn to be efficient and fearless with their training.
